    Description:


    Jade City is a remote highway stop in northern British Columbia with a community of 35 run by Claudia Bunce and her husband Robin. They mine a huge jade claim and they employ most of the people in town. If they and their Chinese investors strike it rich, everyone wins; if they fail, a whole town falls flat on its face.

    I could only find partial sources for previous season 2 releases, so I made my own…

    Season 2 - Episodes 1 to 8

    Episode 1 - Mountains to Climb
    Claudia and Robin's untested machines start breaking down on the brutal trek up to the Wolverine mine site.

    Episode 2 - Out in the Cold
    The crew tries to cross swollen rivers as they march their machines up to the mine, but Josh falls behind in his trouble-prone excavator.

    Episode 3 - 500 Bolts
    When more bolts come loose on his excavator, Josh is stranded 20 kilometers from the Wolverine mine and out of radio contact. At camp, Claudia sends Guy to help her son get the excavator going so they can start mining.

    Episode 4 - Loaded
    Mining season starts and, while the jade proves elusive, a trucking accident turns into a bonanza for Jade City.

    Episode 5 - An Ounce of Hope
    Guy is left in charge of Wolverine, where breaking in a new worker threatens to derail his mission to find the first jade of the season.

    Episode 6 - May Jay!
    A fatality on a nearby jade mine serves as a wake-up call for the crew at the Wolverine mine site. But before they can revamp their safety procedures, new guy Jay collapses in terrible pain.

    Episode 7 - Walk Hard
    Josh is stranded walking in the new excavator while a stockpile of worthless rocks prompts Claudia to consider a new mining strategy.

    Episode 8 - Big Chunk of Green
    Alan brings a group of buyers to Jade City sending Claudia's team into a panic to find the first sell-able jade boulders of the season.
