Si narra la storia di Blade (Wesley Snipes), guerriero metropolitano metà uomo e metà vampiro che si propone di sterminare tutti i vampiri esistenti per difendere la razza umana e per vendicare sua madre, morsa da un vampiro poco prima della nascita del nostro eroe.
