Meet Privacy Eraser Pro - a program for cleaning your computer and registry from junk files and registry entries, as well as for cleaning traces of your presence on it (traces of visited sites, opening documents, launching programs, etc.). The developers themselves call the program an “all-in-one suite” to protect your privacy and clean up traces of your time on the computer. Its interface is quite unusual, but pleasant: after launching, you will see an interface with one large button to start scanning and functional tabs on the left, located along the radius of this round button.
Scanning proceeds quickly, after which its results are displayed. You can clear data by rebooting (this, as I understand it, is for files blocked by the system or programs) or clear it by turning off the computer.
On the functional tabs, you can configure what exactly the program will search for and offer for cleaning, i.e., if you think that some “garbage” would not hurt, you can simply uncheck the box. Or, conversely, put it on.
As the developers write, the program has built-in more than 200 plugins for recognizing garbage from popular programs; you can also create and configure your own plugins (a plugin builder is built in for this). The program finds and cleans the caches of all popular browsers, their cookies and *.dat files. It also works well with Internet Explorer: you can customize the start page, download path, cookies, cache, and more. If firefox, chrome, safari or opera are present on the system, the program will be able to work with them.
And finally, among the useful tools, I would like to mention a file shredder and a startup manager in which you can manage its elements. If desired, the program is easy to translate; localization is in simple xml files. In general, the program, as a cleaner, is not bad, and can adequately compete with its analogues.
